Netriva Network Monitoring & Operations

Guided product tour

See your network. Know your next step.

From a branch switch to an application server, see how Netriva connects equipment, observations and the people who keep your network running.

No account needed. Preview examples are simulated and read-only.

One connected workflow

  1. 01Organise your sites
  2. 02Add your devices
  3. 03Bring in observations
  4. 04Spot what needs attention
  5. 05Investigate and respond
  6. 06Share progress

Install Netriva on your own server near your equipment, or choose ITES hosting. A local collector reaches the devices you approve.

Step 5 of 6 · Investigate and respond

Restart tour

Give support a clear path to recovery.

Acknowledge an incident, assign an owner and record investigation notes. Follow the available evidence and reviewed runbooks to decide the next action.

Acknowledgement says someone is investigating. Recovery requires a new observation showing that the condition has cleared. Missing data does not prove recovery.

Where to go: Incidents for response history; Topology for verified connections; Diagnostics for approved read-only checks when enabled for your role.

Example incident timeline

  1. 01 · Detected

A down-link observation opens the incident.

  2. 02 · Acknowledged & assigned

Support owns the investigation; the link is still down.

  3. 03 · Investigated

The engineer checks power, cable and the neighbouring router, then records the finding.

  4. 04 · Recovery observed

A new up-link observation confirms the condition cleared.

Illustrative sequence only. No incident or acknowledgement is created.

A snapshot of possibilities

More ways to understand and support your network.

Start with the basics, then explore the capabilities your installation and role support. Each needs the appropriate configuration and incoming evidence.

Devices & interfaces

Keep equipment, profiles, ports and traffic together. Use approved discovery to review new device candidates.

Service checks

Check DNS, TCP, HTTP and TLS endpoints to understand the services that equipment supports.

Incident response

Connect measured issues with owners, notes, maintenance windows, runbooks and configured notifications.

Connections & history

Explore verified topology relationships and configuration history when the required sources and adapters are configured.

Reports & team access

Share time-bounded evidence with coverage gaps, and give each person the role and site access they need.

Additional insight

Add event logs, flow analytics and optional advisory analysis where supported and enabled. These need their own approved sources and setup.
